What to expect from a typical reflexology treatment:

A consultation prior to the treatment to find out exactly what you need from the treatment, any issues you may have like headaches or certain tensions in the body, so I can tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

During your treatment:

You will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment except for your shoes and socks which you will remove before relaxing back on the treatment couch.

Hot Stone treatment:

The hot stones are incorporated into the reflexology session. The heat from the stones quickly opens the reflex pathways bringing about a deeper level of relaxation.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD):

This is a ground breaking and multi-award winning technique, devised by Sally Kay, which can be used to help reduce lymphoedema after treatment for breast cancer. RLD is also useful for clients with other (non-cancer related) auto-immune inflammatory disorders.
